Donna Bonn is excited to introduce her feminine fashion designs to the golf course.

At a young age of seven Donna (born Donna Lippstreu) began playing golf in Pleasanton, California. She comes from a long line of golfers as her father played on the PGA TOUR and her maternal grandmother was also a golf professional. She had an extensive junior golf career being named AJGA Junior All-American. Donna was recruited to play for the University of Arizona, the top ranked women’s golf team, on full scholarship. After college golf, she obtained her MBA at CSU, East Bay and worked as a golf instructor and coordinator of the Las Positas Junior Golf Program. Golf has always been a huge part of Donna’s life.

Through the years of playing golf, both competitively and for fun, Donna has wanted to find a golf line that was fashionable and more fitted. She has always been drawn to fashion and is often referred to as “my fashion advisor” by her friends and family. She grew frustrated with the clothing options for golf. After years of searching, she decided to design exactly what she and so many women want. The wait is over.

Today, Donna is busy putting her MBA to use along with her 11 years of professional sales experience as President and Fashion Designer of Donna Bonn Designs. She brings a unique element to designing ladies golf clothes due to her golf experience and fashion eye. Both are necessary to bring a fashionable piece to the golf course so that it is not only stylish but also functional while playing the game. In addition to Donna Bonn Designs, Donna and her husband, Scott, are raising their two children, Carson and Taylor. Donna still finds time to play golf and plays to a scratch handicap a couple days a week, either at the Seville Golf & Country Club or entertaining clients.

Donna has enjoyed creating ideas built around high fashion flair and outgoing personality while upholding to the high code of golf attire etiquette. Over that time, her creativity remained limited to traditional golf attire with a fit and style pattern geared after men's golf clothing. The absence of stylish and athletic golf attire is no longer suitable for the fashion conscious woman golfer. Women desire options in golf clothing...most importantly a fit, feminine, and fashionable look while playing golf. Donna's passion is to deliver exactly this mix to women's golf wear. Whether advanced or novice, we want you to look and feel good while playing the sport you love.

Donna Bonn Designs brings a longer, fitted golf shirt to the market for the first time, where 'play can truly meet fashion.' We are also proud to introduce the first golf t-shirt to the world of women’s golf through our Taylor Collection. All of our collections are longer in length and have a snugger fit allowing the athlete flexibility without exposure. Many of her close friends on the LPGA TOUR express similar complaints. Donna has made it her mission to reach the market of women who want to wear beautiful golf clothing that is fashionable, feminine and comfortable to play in as well as attractive enough to wear off the course.

At Donna Bonn Designs, we are environmentally conscious; our fabric choices include bamboo and organic cotton. We love the soft, stretchy feel of this amazing, natural fabric and so will you.

Our designs encompass figure flattering and stylish accents; such as, distressed screen printed graphics on our golf t-shirts, double-row rhinestone zippers, button down fronts, capped sleeves, long length and lace trim. This fashionable look is brand new to women's golf and will appeal to any woman who wants to wear the current fashion trends on and off the golf course.
