SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Packages are sent by United States Post Office Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Our current promotion is FREE shipping on all domestic orders of $50 or more.

Donna Bonn Designs will ship goods ordered within three business days of the time the order is placed and paid. Donna Bonn Designs will notify you should there be any delay beyond the normal shipping schedule. You will be notified by email when your order is actually shipped.
Please note: All shipments include the actual shipping cost unless FREE shipping appplies.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Packages are sent by United States Post Office Global Express Mail with signature required.
Donna Bonn Designs will ship goods ordered within three business days of the time the order is placed and paid. Donna Bonn Designs will notify you should there be any delay beyond the normal shipping schedule. You will be notified by email when your order is actually shipped.
Depending on the country the order is shipped to, you may be responsible for a customs charge on the value of your order.
Please note: All shipments include the actual shipping cost.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn and accompanied by the invoice/packing slip. We will also accept the return of defective or incorrect merchandise.

Unworn items are in new condition with original tags. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn or is not in the condition in which it was received. If you are unsure about the fit, we recommend trying on your new shirt before you wear it.

Damaged/Defective items have a manufacturers defect or exhibit damage not associated with normal wear. Upon receipt of damaged/defective merchandise by Donna Bonn Designs a replacement will be sent.

Incorrect items are different (size, color, or style) than what you ordered.
Please note all refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased through a retail outlet other than donnabonndesigns.com must be handled by the original location of purchase.

If you would like to exchange an unworn item for a different one, please return the item you do not want to us. Please indicate on the original invoice/packing slip which item(s) you are returning and which item(s) you would like instead. We will use the credit card from your original purchase for shipping charges and for any difference in price from your original purchase.

PACKING AND SHIPPING YOUR RETURN:

When you send an item to us, please include the invoice/packing slip and circle the item(s) you are returning, write in the reason for return, and include the printout with your return. If you no longer have the invoice or packing slip: Please include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, what you are returning and why. Keep a copy for your records. 

We do not pay for shipping charges on return postage. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. We recommend that all returns be sent via a service that has a tracking number (i.e. UPS or FedEx). Donna Bonn Designs will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please allow two weeks from the shipping date for your return to be processed and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. The original credit card used for the order will be credited.
